After becoming the official tequila partner of the Los Angeles Rams for the 2020 NFL season, 1800 Tequila enlisted us to develop and execute a grass roots strategy to put 1800 Tequila top of mind with Rams fans in the great Los Angeles area.

 

1800 Taco Truck

Ahead of the 2020 NFL Season, 1800 and its agency partners were tasked with leveraging the Rams partnership to increase brand awareness and consideration, especially for tequila drinking Southern CA Rams fans by upgrading traditional game day celebrations.

#1800TacoChallenge

1800 Tequila partnered with Los Angeles native Yung Taco and renowned Marisco Jalisco’s Tacos to provide a custom wrapped 1800 Tequila x LA Rams taco truck, serving 1800 specific game day cocktails, tacos and product to help notable Rams fans enhance their game day celebrations. Additionally, the #1800TacoChallenge was a social lead campaign encouraging Rams fans within the surrounding LA area to capture and share photos/videos of how they celebrate game day. Upon completion of the sweeps, one lucky winner received a grand prize of the 1800 Tequila x LA Rams taco truck tailgate to show up at their game day festivities.
